Q: How long has milarc been in business?

A: Milarc Cabinets has been in business for over 40 years. We have been locally owned and operated since 1980.


Q: What are the current lead times?

A: Our lead times fluctuate depending on the supply chain & our current work load. To ask about our current lead times, please reach out to our office, 970-674-8841.

  • Please note, we can always “flag” your project to be moved up in production, should another job push out.


Q: What services does milarc offer?

A: Milarc Cabinets can assist with design and build of new cabinets. Please note, we do not offer services of installation, refacing, refinishing, or retrofitting.


Q: What is a budget quote?

A: It is an initial, rough estimate of the project cost. Once we receive your information, our estimator will provide a figure that is as accurate as possible. This ensures that our customers know from the beginning what investment is required to achieve their desired look. We strive to provide the most accurate budget quote possible, but prices may vary during the design process based on final layout and finishes chosen.

  • Upon budget approval, a design meeting in our showroom will be scheduled.

    • We kindly ask that you only meet with one of our designers if you are positive that you are moving forward with our company.


Q: When can i visit milarc’s showroom?

A: Our showroom is open Monday-Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Friday 8:00am to 3:00pm.

  • Anyone is welcome to stop by at any time during business hours to look around.

  • Appointments are reserved for customers who have moved forward past the quoting stage and are in the design phase.


Q: How do i get a quote?

A: Please visit the CONTACT US page & fill out the information requested to begin the process of getting a quote.


Q: Is cabinet delivery included?

A: Garage delivery is included if the project is within a 45-minute radius of our shop in Windsor.

  • If the project is outside of Milarc’s delivery range, we do offer a customer pickup option.

    • Certain requirements must be met if you would like Milarc to help load the cabinets at the time of pickup.

  • Exceptions may be made based on project location. Please contact our office to inquire.


Q: does milarc come out to measure the space?

A: Since we are fully custom, field measures are included so long as the project is within range.

  • If the project is not within range, the customer and/or contractor is responsible for verifying the measurements.


Q: Will milarc install my cabinets?

A: Milarc does NOT offer cabinet installation

  • However, we are happy to provide names of qualified trim carpenters & contractors in the area.


Q: will milarc install my appliance panels?

A: Milarc does NOT offer installation of appliance panels.

  • All appliance panels must be installed by your appliance company.


Q: How are your cabinets constructed?

A: We exclusively build European frameless cabinets with industry standard TFL (Thermally-Fused Laminate) interiors.

  • The doors fully overlay our 3/4” melamine boxes with 1/8” reveals between door & drawer fronts.

  • We are fully custom and are not limited to 3” increments.

  • We use all soft-close Blum door hinges & drawer slides, which come with a lifetime warranty.

  • We use full extension Baltic Birch Dovetail Drawers.

  • Pricing is driven by wood species and finish.


Q: What are the standard selections that Milarc offers?

A: Our standard selections include (18) stain colors, (12) paint colors + (5) colors of a painted alternative.

  • Should one of our standard paint/stain colors not align, we can match to any Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams color at an upgraded cost.

  • All of our standard selections are on display in our showroom in Windsor. Feel free to stop in any time during business hours.
